Pittingers Property Maintenance LLC., has been in business for over a decade. The owner, Zach Pittinger, has lived in Carroll County his whole life. The business was started from his passion for the outdoors, hard work, and an interest in helping others make their properties the best they can be. He grew up working on a farm and brings prior experience working for other landscaping companies. Our interest in nature and our love for the outdoors enables us to own and operate a high-quality, property maintenance business that will continue to expand throughout the years to come.
Pittingers Property Maintenance LLC., was created to service Carroll County and surrounding areas. We started this business with a focus on residential properties but as of 2016, expanded to include commercial properties. We are a full-service company providing year-round property maintenance services. From Mulching to landscaping, mowing to leaf clean up, snow plowing to garden bed installation, we have got you covered!
